A blue house with a violin in the garden

Deep blue walls inside, string lights strung over the summer garden, and some nights a violinist wandering between the tables. Sineva turned an old aristocratic house on Budapeshta 31 into something worth dressing up for.

The menu is short and seasonal, prices on the higher side, and the plating gets more attention than most kitchens nearby bother with. Book the garden, not the room.

Has a lovely garden and pretty cool interior. Theenue looks good but slightly pricey. The food however was disappointing. The shrimp Caesar salad on the picture contains three shrimps (literally) and was nothing thrilling.

I can tell that the atmosphere was fantastic - the space in side was cosy and nicely arranged, the garden is also lovely. However, the food was tasteless - we ordered a green salad with goat cheese, where there was no dressing and the greens were just there without any presence. The pork was like cooked the previous day, very dry and with not a good taste. The ribs…. The same… It is a pity that such a lovely place cannot meet the gastronomy expectations.

This used to be my favourite place to eat. New owners, and new cook now. I had pasta, taramas and salad - the pasta was overcooked and unsavored, the taramas was average (grocery shop quality), the salad was ok. The garden is still amazing, yet a garden food does not make

One of the very few restaurants in Sofia that has high European standards.Elegant atmosphere and excellent executed dishes,with a lot of meaning and attention to the detail.We ordered Beef tongue, aubergine, as starters and Salmon and Duck (Magré de canard) for main dishes.The beef tongue was out of this word!!The rest was incredible as well.Service was excellent.I would give even more stars if I could!!
