Caribbean-Cameroonian fusion six floors up in Bonamoussadi.

Vault occupies the sixth floor of the REIGN building at Rond-Point Maetur in Bonamoussadi, fusing Caribbean cooking with Cameroonian staples. Pineapple-coconut fried rice is the dish regulars mention first. The kitchen runs breakfast through dinner on weekdays, with weekend brunch from noon.

It's as much a Caribbean cocktail bar as a dining room, with a piano bar on the same floor. It also picked up a Best Restaurant nod from the World Culinary Awards in its first year.
