We had a fantastic stay at the Element Calgary Downtown. The hotel worked perfectly for our family, the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, check-in was seamless, and the valet team was excellent. Tim, Brittney and the entire staff took great care of us throughout our stay. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.

My family and I stayed at Element Calgary Downtown. The hotel is very classy and truly exudes elegance, which I loved. All of their employees were incredibly friendly and professional. Special mention to Zara, who made our stay and overall experience even more memorable! Everything is within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. If you’re planning to explore downtown Calgary, this is definitely one of the best hotels to stay at!

Well it's been a few weeks since our stay at Element, but I can honestly say I long to be back at this hotel. From the moment we walked in the front door we were made to feel very welcome by super friendly staff, and this continued over the 3 days we were there. The rooms are a great size and feel very new and clean, especially the family room which I had booked for my 3 adult children. The location is ideal and there are plenty of dining options close by if you decide not to utilise the restaurant/bar on the 12th floor, which is exceptional by the way. Complimentary breakfast on the 12th floor each morning of our stay was so valued, and the views of Calgary were beautiful and great for photo ops. What I really miss the most is the complimentary cup of tea each night available on the ground floor, it was a really nice touch. I'd highly recommend Element for a long or short stay and will definitely book again if I return to Calgary in the future.

Our stay at the Element Calgary Downtown was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, eco-friendly, and perfectly located. Our room felt more like a mini-apartment than a hotel room, complete with a full kitchenette and a very comfortable bed. The absolute highlight, however, was the 12th-floor rooftop dining area. Starting the day with the Rise breakfast while looking out over the Bow River was incredible. The selection was fresh and high-quality, and the staff there were so warm and attentive, keeping everything spotless and well-stocked. We also had dinner at the rooftop bar in the evening. The atmosphere is unbeatable, and the service was just as impressive as the morning crew—professional, friendly, and very welcoming. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the dining team, truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Calgary!

Great location, facing Bow River, 5-minute driving to downtown main buildings. (A public parkade nearby, quite convenient). Super clean rooms with kitchen appliance! The staff are kind and helpful. It feels like home especially for people staying for a long journey. One thing to mention is breakfast. Beautiful view and healthy food, and staff with smile. It makes you a good start of the day. Highly recommend the Chef's Special, delicious!
