Korean cooking that skips the barbecue-and-bibimbap template

Inglewood is Calgary's oldest commercial strip and currently its most interesting street to eat on, and SOT is a big reason why. The menu goes well past the barbecue-and-bibimbap format most of the city already knows.

Avenue Calgary listed it among 2025's best new restaurants, on 9th Avenue SE. Go hungry; portions run generous by neighbourhood standards.
