Daniel Costa's Italian menu, back under a new name

The chef behind Uccellino didn't retire the concept, he refreshed it. Olia sits inside the Citizen on Jasper building with the same Italian focus that made the old spot a fixture, just under a new name and a new menu.

It's one of three connected venues in the building, alongside Va! and Mimi. Olia is the reservations-first dining room of the trio, so book ahead rather than walking in.
