Badin runs a 24-seat listening lounge in the basement below HENI on Notre-Dame Ouest, seasonal cocktails from Émile Archambault and a sound system that is the reason to sit still.
It is dark and the music is the point, so this is not the room for a loud group. Go on a weeknight.

Fantastic little joint with limited space but great music and ambiance. Bartender and owner Emile is incredibly social and knowledgeable. Decor is fantastic. This is a must see or a must experience.

Love this spot, it’s so Montreal. The music and vibe are 10/10. The owner Emile is an amazing bartender; his signature drinks are fire, but he can honestly make whatever you’re in the mood for. You can tell they care about every detail, even down to the high-quality ice cubes. Everything is top notch. Highly recommend

Salon Badin is an absolute must. The atmosphere is unique, the menu is excellent and the staff make the whole experience even better. It’s such a warm and welcoming place! A special mention to Zazu an incredible bartender who takes time to understand what you like and recommends the perfect drink. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Zazu was our bartender and she was very skilled! Our drinks were delicious, she also was kind enough to give us recommendations for the rest of the night. It was a wonderful atmosphere with excellent music. Would love to come back here.

Hidden in the basement of a breakfast spot, Badin had a great atmosphere with their vinyl and sound system setup while also serving great cocktails. Great little spot for drinks, good music and overall good vibes.
