Shared plates and Biobío flavors from the Conce al Plato team
Two brothers who already run the city's biggest food festival just gave it a permanent address. Casa Luthier builds its menu around Biobío ingredients, served family-style, with craft beers on tap to match.
Ask for the pairing menu when the kitchen has time to run it: six courses tracing the same regional philosophy behind Conce al Plato. This feels less like a side project than a second home for it.

An incredible experience, the dishes were exquisite, full of flavor and with an impeccable presentation; the freshness of the ingredients was evident. The service was fast, friendly, and very attentive to every detail throughout the entire stay. It's a cozy place, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a group outing.

We went on a recommendation and I was pleasantly surprised. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, the service was quick and very friendly. You can tell they know their beer and prepare it with great care. I tried a Kölsch and it was excellent; my wife ordered a cocktail that was top-notch. We also ordered food to share and everything arrived perfectly cooked and delicious. What I liked most was that it's not your typical bar that only sells beer; there's a high-quality food menu that complements it beautifully. I'll definitely be back to try other beer styles and dishes. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, with comfortable spaces, we ordered drinks and craft beer, everything was great and we ate a fried shredded beef dish for 2 people and it was very good.

Excellent bar, great atmosphere, impeccable service. Extensive drink and food menu. Recommended for those who want to have a good time, with good music at a moderate volume that allows for conversation.

The food was quite tasty, at a normal price, although I was expecting larger portions. The service was excellent, friendly and attentive at all times. As for the place itself, I'm not a big fan of it. Remembering that it's been occupied by four different businesses in recent years, I've always found it boring and unattractive; now it's just boring.
