The ambiance is cozy and homely. Steak is succulent and juicy. They feed you and take care of you here. It’s worth the money and sooo yummy! A must stop in Pucon.

Went there for dinner last night. We had such great service! The waiter was able to accommodate my vegetarianism and make an alternative dish was VERY good! They had the menu in English and Spanish. - Suggestion: for the steak options, but the Spanish translation on the English menu so that it’s easier for the waiter to know which one the patron is requesting. We got the steak with black pepper sauce. It was covered in a creamy black pepper sauce, which was unexpected. The steak that she got was a little tougher to cut, but still tasty to eat. You get a pretty decent serving size—much more than expected! Otherwise, we got fries, which did not disappoint. I got grilled tomato with cheese and the surtida. They complemented one another well. The Peruvian Pisco Sours were also the best! It was warm inside. There weren’t any fans nor AC. We would’ve considered sitting outside, but there was smoking happening. So, it was the better alternative.

If you’re in Pucón and looking for an absolute treat for your taste-buds, go to this place. The steak was tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The potatoes were incredible! If I could buy another stomach to fill it with more of their food, I would! Do not miss this gem of a place.

Some waiters are ok... Some others are arrogant... Great food overall.. try it (Updated as per January 2024) i went back and they have gotten a new wait stuff, better service.. great place for steak, definitely coming back..

Top drawer beef in a nice setting served by helpful friendly staff. This was amongst the best meals we ate over 4 weeks in Chile. We had the ribeye and the short ribs. Excellent and the ribeye was available nice rare. Recommended
