Dinner upstairs, nightclub after 11

Nomikai sits above the sushi spot Franz Koch in Tvrđa, but treat it as its own night out. From 9 to 11pm it's a dinner room with Asian-leaning small plates and signature cocktails at a handful of tables.

After 11, the lights drop and it turns into a late bar with music and an Asian-show element, closer to a nightclub than a restaurant. Tables are limited, so book ahead. Same building as Franz Koch, same phone line, two different nights depending on the hour.

Legice and I celebrated our birthday at Nomikai last week and we can only say thank you for them. Everything was perfect, from the food and organization, to the extremely friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to the waiters.
