Tiramisu Bar opened on Zadarska in the summer of 2025, owned by Vedrana Petrić and built around a single dessert done in variations rather than a full pastry case. The narrow, design-forward space (studios Zarez and Debeli Brand worked on it) seats a handful at a time.
It's a bet that a specialty spot doing one dish well beats a bakery doing twenty things adequately, which is a newer instinct in a city whose dessert scene has mostly run on traditional slastičarnice.

The best thing I had my whole vacation! I came to this place 4 times in the space of 3 days and it was worth it every time! The classic is diabolically delicious and my favourite out of the ones we tried. And I tried almost all of them. They’re made fresh every day and the quality is just *chefs kiss* I will be recommending this place to everyone and their nan! I love tiramisu x

If you're in Split, the Tiramisu Bar is an absolute must-visit! The taste of the flavors is incredible, and each one offers a completely new experience, that never disappointed. You can really taste the craftsmanship that goes into every tiramisu. The texture is perfectly balanced, the ingredients are fresh and high quality, and every flavor is thoughtfully made. Our personal favorites were the lemon and pistachio—they were both absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The lovely lady who owns the place is incredibly warm and welcoming, making every visit even more enjoyable. Her passion for what she does really shines through. We enjoyed it so much that it became our daily stop while we were in Split. It was the highlight of our afternoons :-) If you love tiramisu—or simply appreciate desserts made with care—you shouldn't miss this place!

Best tiramisu ever! Been back 3 times since being here in Split. The girl who served us (didn’t catch your name) was so so lovely. 100% would recommend the classic and kinder beuno

During our stay in Split, these tiramisus became our daily dessert. They’re perfect for grabbing on the go and enjoying while strolling through the city. My favorites were the Hazelnut and the classic flavors. Highly recommended!

Amazing tiramisu’s!!
