Ostrava's first bar built entirely around matcha

Skip the coffee menu. Tamatcha in Poruba treats matcha as the whole point, not a side note, working exclusively with premium-grade Japanese leaf instead of the usual latte-syrup version.

A 20-year-old founder opened it in July 2026, and regional press picked it up almost instantly as a first for the city. Other Ostrava cafes have since started leaning into matcha too, but this is where the wave actually started.
