Bartending classes and proper cocktails, now on Soufrière's bayfront

Bartending classes now run right on Soufrière's bayfront, where the marine reserve begins. Iron Monkey left Roseau for this fishing village in 2025 and kept its cocktail list, still one of the few real ones in town.

It throws event nights and themed soirées more than Soufrière's older bars do. That gives the village something closer to an actual bar scene alongside its beach shacks and rum shops.
