Lionfish sandwiches and the best coffee on the bayfront

The lionfish sandwich comes straight off the reef, caught by the dive shop's own divers culling the invasive fish. Wendy spent years finding a local coffee supplier before landing on Café Manicou, one of the island's few roasters.

It's the dive shop's living room, not a standalone café. A hand-painted sign, a few stools, and food easy to eat in a wetsuit. Every sale helps fund reef surveys and the lionfish cull that keeps the species off the coral.
