Cocktails by the volcanic hot-spring pools

Order a cocktail, then slide into one of four volcanic hot-water pools without leaving the bar. Luna Bar Rooftop sits right at Luna Volcán, Adventure Spa, with vegetarian small plates, Mexican-leaning bites, milkshakes and fresh juice to go with the view.

It calls itself the best rooftop in Baños, and up here on the Runtún road, with the valley below, that's a hard claim to argue with. Same resort as Luna Restaurante and Café del Cielo, but this is the one with the pools.
