Serenity splits across a rooftop and ground floor, two connected spaces pouring drinks and Spanish tapas with live music some Saturday and Sunday nights. Portions are generous for the price, and the kitchen holds up even when the weekend crowd hits.

It has since expanded to a second spot nearby, though the original rooftop hasn't been replaced. Go for the tapas, stay if there's live music that night.
