Come for the view first. Moon Light sits on the roof of the Werku Bucha Building on Tirufat Street, and the terrace fills up fast once the sun starts dropping over the lake.

The menu stays simple: fish, chicken and dulet. It's food built to go with drinks rather than compete with them. Fridays bring a live reggae DJ. Since opening in February 2025 it has become one of Hawassa's go-to rooftops.
