Lasta Café

Vegan plates from Jamaica to Ethiopia, alkaline style.
A vegan cafe in a town that already eats vegan by default during Orthodox fasting periods. Lasta bills itself as the continent's first Dr. Sebi-inspired kitchen, built around the alkaline diet the American herbalist popularized.
The menu jumps from Jamaican to Indian to Ethiopian, all reworked to fit the format. Cash only, and easy to walk past if you're not looking.

Be here for positive, tasty and healthy food 🙌 This place is clean and the couple who run the place have a real passion for cooking and wellness 🍲🌴🙏 I would say it's a mix between ethiopian traditional and detox food. It will give you a rest and energy. It's love.

Deliciously conscious food, made with love by caring people!!! Energy food! Truly healthy food in a good atmosphere, worthy of the way up. They also do reiki, massage, Qi gong and more. The owners are lovely people who will make you feel at home, very simply. Thank you guys.
