Order the Ra'Au. It's the house cocktail, a smoky pour built on Talisker 10, and the reason to linger at this lobby-lounge bar inside The Westin Bora Bora.

The whole resort, formerly Le Méridien, just came out of a four-year renovation, and O'A Bar is the standout: live music most evenings, and a genuinely new space on an island where new is rare.
