A French pastry case on the corner of Rustaveli and Tavdadebuli

Sable holds down the corner of Rustaveli Avenue and Tavdadebuli Street with a French-leaning pastry case and a menu that runs from salads to tiramisu. Dogs are welcome, and the crowd reflects it.

The case rotates with the seasons. A Dubai chocolate style dessert showed up recently, while lunch sticks to simple plates done well.

Our favorite place in Batumi. We came here regularly for desserts. The cakes are just top notch. Food was also good. We especially liked the burgers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, and every dish was prepared perfectly. The service was outstanding, and our server, Saba, was the best—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He made us feel very welcome and ensured everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I was here several times already and I had such a lovely experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and everything felt like great value. What really made the place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, genuinely welcoming, and always happy to help with anything. They made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived. You can tell they really care about their guests. I’d happily come back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Delicious dishes all pizzas on the menu are excellent and tasty, and the coffee is great, there is a nice selection of desserts, beautiful interior design, and comfortable seating. Located in the old town in a beautiful surrounding area. Tourist prices.

Stopped in here twice- once for a takeaway dessert, and once to sit down for lunch. They have a ton of pastries. I ordered something that resembled a cannoli- but it was lighter, and had more of a whipped tangy filling. It was good. The next day I sat down for lunch, and ordered the mini khachapuri, which really isn't small at all. For one person, I couldn't even finish it. The waiter spoke English and the menu is in English as well. The patio is a nice spot to sit, but just be aware that everyone out there will probably be chain smoking. It kind of takes away from the fresh air.
