A tiny owl-themed cafe on Gelati Street, easy to walk right past
Wedged between a McDonald's and the old synagogue on a stretch of Gelati Street most visitors walk straight past, Bukioti is easy to miss and worth hunting down. The owl motif and deep green interior give the small space a distinct identity, and the woman who runs it has built enough of a following that finding the cafe feels like part of the reward.
It doubles as a community space, hosting the odd small workshop alongside its specialty coffee and lava cake. Regulars guard it a little jealously, mostly because it hasn't scaled up or changed.

Not gonna lie, the place is very cute, the people are amazing, but the food is a student dorm quality. Toast with one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Lava cake which was hard inside and probably microwaved frozen and omelette with a hard egg and ketchup.

Lovely local cafe with amazing interior, yammy food and friendly staff. Belgium waffles are amazing. Seadonal pie was also pretty good 🤤 so, if you are looking for a great breakfast place - this is it

My favorite cappuccino in Kutaisi. Nice milk coffee balance, creamy consistency, super sweet owners. Nice too that there are no smokers like with many other cafes 😅

Nice and run with love! A place for owl lovers - Bukioti means a little owlnand there are many owls in the design here! Very friendly and relaxing.
