Gallery Terrace sits on the fifth floor of the Grand Opera Hotel on Rustaveli Avenue: a 45-seat indoor bar plus a 40-seat terrace facing the old town and the Opera Theatre. It's often called the best view in Kutaisi for a drink, and the sunset slot is the one worth booking around. The terrace fills fast once the light turns gold over the rooftops.

The cocktail list holds its own without leaning on the view, and small plates from the kitchen turn a stop here into a full evening rather than a quick photo before dinner elsewhere.

The restaurant was decent and the scenery from the rooftop was nice. The service took a rather long time. The chicken soup was very nice and the pastry dishes were tasty. In the evening though the restaurant did smell strongly of cigarette smoke. At lunch it smelled pleasantly of coffee.

My husband and I loved this place so much that we went two evenings in a row 🍸🌃🍽️ The first night we had cocktails, the four cheese pizza and a Caesar salad, everything was absolutely delicious. The next evening we came back for some Saperavi, chicken skewers, pepperoni pizza, another Caesar (couldn’t skip it!) and their country-style potatoes, all just perfect.💕 And the Basque cheesecake…🍰it’s unreal. We’ve already ordered it four times through Wolt with their amazing berry sauce, definitely the best in the city. The view is stunning, the atmosphere is cozy, stylish and full of charm. You can even smoke right at your table inside, which adds this old-school romantic and super classy vibe. In the evenings they have live music that makes the whole experience even more magical, it’s one of those places where you just don’t want the night to end.✨🌌

Very nice place with beautiful view and cosy atmosphere. The food was very tasty too! They had even changed drastically chicken soup for our daughter ( only vermicelli and chicken, please). We recently visited a few places with best marks, but this place beats them all soundly.

Greatest in Kutaisi! perfect place, dishes and stuff!! was today with my friend, the waiter accidentally dropped our order (which is totally fine, happens), they gifted us another dessert and drinks! And finally, didn’t let us pay at all! thank you again!
