Natural wine, craft beer and seasonal cocktails, minus the wine-cellar theatrics

Skip the fake wine-cellar look half of Telavi goes for. This room on Kostava Street keeps it warmly lit and low-key, pouring natural wines, craft beer, seasonal cocktails and a menu of mixed small plates.

The team runs it loosely: pop-ups, collaborations and bartending workshops slot in alongside regular evening service. That gives it a different energy than the town's more tourist-facing wine bars, and it's become a regular stop on Kakheti itineraries for people after something current rather than heritage-themed.
