Cocktails, wine and oysters on the Büchel

Basic? opened on 12 April 2025 on the ground floor of the Hotel 3 Könige on the Büchel in Aachen. The bar is run by Kyrylo Malinka and Kateryna Sotnyk, a young couple who fled Ukraine.

The menu pairs cocktails, wine and beer with oysters, garlic shrimp, a hot dog in brioche and handmade iced teas made with organic rooibos.
