ALMA opened in Striesen in December 2025, run by Benjamin Biedlingmaier, a former Michelin-starred chef who named the place after his daughter. The daily brunch menu changes with the seasons and skips the fine-dining formality his resume might suggest. Expect regional ingredients, solid coffee and gluten-free options on the menu.

Open every day from 9am to 3pm, brunch only, no dinner service.

A truly lovely little brunch restaurant! Everything was absolutely delicious, and the whole place has such a charming and cozy atmosphere. The food was beautifully prepared, the prices were still very reasonable, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back. A little gem that we can wholeheartedly recommend!

I really wanted to love this place because there is nothing else around in the neighborhood. It looks nice, but it did not taste great. The options are limited, repetitive, and overpriced for what they are, and the coffee is not amazing. I did not find the staff friendly at all. It felt like they are trying really hard to be Berlin, including the attitude and aesthetics, but really shouldn't.

A beautiful little cafe in Streisen. I loved the food as well as the decor. The service is really good and the staff is very friendly and nice. A perfect place for a Sunday brunch!
