KOMŌ opened on Fraunhoferstraße in 2026, serving fresh, handmade sushi rolls alongside inari, udon and a vegan-friendly menu.

The kitchen also makes its own iced teas and ceremonial matcha, a detail that's turned the small Glockenbach spot into as much a coffee-run stop as a lunch one.
