Rooftop dining and a library bar, open 7am to midnight
Two rooms, two moods. On one side, a library bar with books and low light. On the other, open-air rooftop dining with a view over East Legon. Sans Frontières, French for "without borders," splits the difference between the two inside Belrose Place.
It runs daily from 7am to midnight, long enough to cover breakfast through late cocktails. Budget around 250 cedis a person, closer to a neighborhood spot than a special-occasion splurge.

The rooftop view is so beautiful. I’d definitely go there again. Service is good and the food? Delicious! It was a bit too spicy for me because I’m not a fan of spices. Overall, my experience was a 10/10

This is a beautiful new gem with strong drinks and a great variety of foods, all nestled in a vibrant atmosphere with attentive staff, great music, and panoramic views of East Legon from the breezy rooftop bar and library.

Sans Frontieres offers a unique and charming dining experience with its rooftop setting and library-inspired bar. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning, making it an ideal spot for intimate dates, casual hangouts, or even a girls' night out. Whether you opt for the cozy indoor setting or the breezy outdoor area, the ambiance is perfect for any occasion. The food is delicious, with a variety of options that cater to different tastes. The prices are fairly reasonable, offering good value for the quality of the meals. While the menu is appealing, the service could use a bit of improvement. The staff is friendly, but the service is somewhat slow, which may be something to keep in mind when planning your visit. Reservations are highly recommended, as the space can fill up quickly, especially during peak hours. Overall, Sans Frontieres is a beautiful, versatile venue that provides a great dining experience, but it could benefit from a little more attention to speed in its service. Still, it's a fantastic choice for a memorable evening out! Least I forget they have the most unique menu in Accra.

Went for dinner with my little boy and the service was very professional. We enjoyed the view (airplane ✈️) from the rooftop. Please use insect repellent when visiting at night.

Interesting concept of a library bar. Closes at mid-night and opens at 10am. Reservations may be needed for the rooftop lounge.
