Skip the Old Town souvenir crush. MARRYGUN sits a few streets behind the Municipal Market, with day pieces through to evening wear, plus shoes and accessories picked to match rather than stocked as their own department.

The room is plain and bright, built so the clothes do the talking. It's one of many independent womenswear shops in Chania, but it's the newest, and the rails are still growing as new labels come in.

Peridou 4 is a couple of streets back from the market, in the modern centre rather than the Old Town.
