Flor de Café pours specialty Guatemalan coffee inside the gardens of the Jardines del Lago hotel, working varieties like Miralvalle, Potosí, Pacamara and Geisha through several brew methods. Craft beer and homemade desserts round out the menu.

The view over Atitlán at sunset is why the terrace tables go first. It's quiet compared to Calle Santander, a few minutes' walk away.
