Atitlán Rest y Café does Chapina cooking, artisan pastry and its own coffee bar, facing the water. This lakefront original is the site worth the walk over its three newer siblings. Fire pits, brewing and baking are the latest additions.

The family behind it has grown the business to four locations around the same lake over twenty-six years, still Panajachel-run.
