Cigars, cocktails, and Georgetown's changing skyline from up top

Horizon sits on the roof of the Aiden by Best Western, at the corner of Oronoque and Robb streets. The cocktail bar shares the floor with a cigar lounge that keeps its own humidor, both facing a skyline that's shifted more in three years than in the previous thirty.

It only runs Friday and Saturday nights, built around wine and cocktails rather than food. Book through the hotel's front desk, there's no walk-in service.
