A rooftop bar in a city that mostly doesn't have them

Most bars in Cap-Haïtien stick to the boulevard at ground level. Les Alizés goes up instead, perched on top of a small residence on Rue 17 P. Book a room downstairs and the whole night sorts itself: sleep where you drink.

Hours run long, from seven in the morning until late, and the theme nights change things up. There's a Silent Party with wireless headphones instead of speakers, karaoke every two weeks, and a Saturday set loud enough to pull people off the boulevard.
