There's no shop to walk into. You call, order a cinnamon roll or a birthday cake, and arrange a pickup on Bonacca. That's the whole operation.

Most packaged food on Guanaja comes in by ferry from the mainland, so an actual baker making things fresh stands out. Order the day before, since everything's made to order.
