Sunset cocktails above Xbalanque Resort

Skip the full dinner and head straight for the roof. Fisheye is the rooftop counterpart to Xbalanque Resort's restaurant Lotus, built small on purpose: cocktails and tapas, not a whole menu, with a view built for the last light over the water.

Live music plays several nights a week, and it's already one of the newer names locals mention when someone asks where to catch sunset.
