Spirit Origin

A coffee flagship the size of a football field, on a Caribbean cliff
Spirit Origin sits on one of Roatán's highest points with 360 degree Caribbean views, and it uses the space: a roastery, a specialty coffee shop, and a 21 seat coffee omakase built around rare, award winning Honduran beans. Book the tasting ahead, seats are limited.
From the Roots, the restaurant side, plates refined Caribbean dishes to match the coffee. Specialty coffee press well beyond Honduras is talking about what got built on this small island.

Went for the coffee omakase experience and it was well worth it. The drinks and food were all delicious, and Katia's passion for coffee really shown through in the explanations she gave us. I will definitely come back to eat at their main restaurant.

Thanks a million to Paul and his great team. the place just opened when we discovered it. We had a fabulous time. We went 3 times during our week at Roatan; the first time we discovered the place, the second time was for the Omakase experience and we went back for dinner. Learned so much about coffee and roasting, the Honduran culture, their history and food. Absolutely amazing. Plus, we met good people and made good friends. I know we all go to Roatan for the beautiful diving (or cruise ship stop) but this is the Best Thing you can do during your stay at Roatan. DO NOT MISS IT !

By far THE BEST experience you can do in Roatan! 5 star service, multiple course local and culturally-centered meal paired with coffee and coffee inspired mocktails, all presented through the lens of local Honduran culture. Amazing experience for anyone who likes discovering cultures through food, local products and great stories. Also if you enjoy coffee, this is a must!!

Stopped by for a cup of coffee and the view. The food looked great too, but we were just driving by. Incredible views from the patio, very nice and fancy, fantastic staff. Really good coffee and options. Would totally be worth more visits, or a meal if we were on the island longer!
