​We had a wonderful stay at the Kimpton BEM! I truly understand why they were awarded a Michelin Key—the service from every staff member was top-notch, and any minor issues were resolved immediately. Our room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and made for a very comfortable night's sleep. We also dined at AGOS Restaurant for a couple of nights during our stay, and the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made our young child feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Every request we had was handled immediately, and they were always happy to help. What impressed me the most was that the friendliness of the service never felt scripted or artificial—it was sincere, warm, and clearly came from the heart. In addition, the hotel’s visual design is absolutely stunning. The carefully selected artwork throughout the public areas and the beautiful inner courtyard create a truly unique atmosphere. Everything was also impeccably clean and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. This was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality and an unforgettable stay.

Fantastic hotel. Top notch premium experience and service. Bed was among the most comfortable that we had experienced anywhere in the world (and we travel extensively for business and pleasure). Liked that it is a bit away from crowded tourist areas but not far from all things we wanted to see and experience. We loved the hotel and hospitality and will stay here again upon return to Budapest.

My wife and I stayed for four nights in February. From the start at check in the receptionist was warm, friendly and helpful. The service level at this hotel in our view was exceptionally high. A particular mention must go to the restaurant staff Shada, Diana,Zoltan and Kristian who were always professional and friendly during our stay. The cleaning staff also were brilliant throughout. The Kimpton Hotel is a great hotel in a great city. Thanks again to the staff.
