PURO's first hotel outside Poland lands one block from Andrássy Avenue

PURO built eight design hotels across Poland before picking a ninth spot, and this time it left the country. Paulay Ede utca 23 was the last empty plot on the street, a block off Andrássy Avenue in district VI, and PURO is filling it with over 200 rooms, a garden restaurant, a café, a gym and a spa with a plunge pool.

Builders broke ground in late 2024 and hit something nobody expected: one of the largest wine cellar systems under Budapest, running right beneath the site. PURO has only said 2026, leaning toward the back half of the year. Hungarians won't know the name yet, but in Poland the brand has a following built on local art on the walls and prices that sit just under full luxury.
