Ströndin sits out by the black-sand beach on the eastern edge of Vík, with ocean views from every table. The kitchen sticks to local ingredients: fish and chips, Arctic char, and Icelandic lamb.

The setting is the draw here, especially at sunset over Reynisfjara. Come for a proper dinner or just a drink with the view.
