Sixteen flavours, zero mixing, one very good excuse to bring the dog

Lavonne's ice cream kitchen runs sixteen flavours at a time and none of them are quite what they say. Vanilla is Burnt Honey Toasted Vanilla, chocolate is Smoked Chocolate. There's an Avocado Toast, a Watermelon Feta, a Dark Chocolate Protein for the gym crowd, and scoops made for pets.

No mixing two flavours in one cup, no toppings either, the rule keeps each combination intact. Sundaes get their own flavours instead: the Beach Party stacks toasted coconut ice cream with tropical sorbet, coconut tres leches, shaved pineapple ice and boba. The interiors are pink, saved by floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-air sit-out.
