Climb to the third floor and you get what nobody else on this street has: an actual view. The second Brews & Beyond location, after Nungambakkam, took over a bigger space on Annai Velankanni Road.

Besant Nagar has turned into the city's densest cafe strip. This one clears the rooftops around it.
