Awadhi dum cooking in a restored Portuguese house
Azaan Qureshi's grandfather Imtiaz Qureshi founded Dum Pukht, and that lineage is the whole point here. Dum cooking and Awadhi technique stay close to the original form: kakori kebabs, murgh chandi tikka, dum biryani, shahi nehari, jhinga dum nisha.
The restaurant spreads through several rooms and outdoor sections of a restored Portuguese house, where old doors, rugs and shaded courtyards decide how you move through it. Cocktails work Indian references too: raqeeq with betel leaf and gulkand, tarannum with curry leaf and jalapeno, shifa with scotch, saffron and honey.

Ask for Rohit, he’s the best, treated us like royalty, amazing service Food wise. The tiger prawn and the kakori were the best The baby goat leg was a 7.5/10 The nihari wasn’t really that rich. The meat was cooked well but that flavours wasn’t exceptional, it was mediocre at best The place is a 200 yr old villa (adaptive reuse), the place had so much personality, the outdoor dining area could have been done better

The experience here at Kesarbagh is unparalleled! Everything from Food to Hospitality is top class. Especially Santosh and Kushal were both very helpful. Kakori kebabs, Nihari, Mutton Changezi Raan were among the dishes we ordered. Everything were so well done. Definitely a must visit.

Visited this place after hearing being run by the famous qureshi family. The restaurant is exclusive fine dine. The food is just near to perfection and so is the staff. Everything is amazing. A must visit restaurant in goa. We were served by prashant chauhan and his service was par excellence.

One of the finest place for fine dining experience in Goa. Right from the architecture to the way they lay their tables, everything is perfect. Their kakori kebabs and their biryani is worth a try. And not to mention their hospitality, they serve every food item with story behind it. Loved this place.

Kesar Bagh is a wonderful place to enjoy authentic Mughlai cuisine. The interiors are interesting and create a unique dining atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The restaurant offers a great selection of Mughlai dishes. Overall, the food was delicious and I would happily visit Kesar Bagh again.
