Sunset on the Vagator cliffs, techno after dark

Dynamo sits on the Vagator cliffs facing west, and the night follows the light: easy tunes through sunset, global techno once it's gone.

The kitchen is built for a table that stays occupied for hours, chaap and chokha and aloo tikki next to chilaquiles, falafel mezze, pizzas and Korean wings. Cocktails keep it simple: Special Train to Goa, Spirit of the West, Calico: The Painted Horse. Wood, leather and metal open onto sea-facing tables and a terrace. Get there for sunset.
