A hotel bar built entirely around the cocktail list

Passport Hotel calls itself India's first cocktail-forward traveller's hotel, and Mini Bar in the lobby is where that claim gets tested. Anyone can walk in, not just guests.

The drinks lean on Indian flavours, tropical produce and fermentation. Feni meets green chilli and thecha in a highball with house-fermented pineapple tepache liqueur. Kokum pairs with hibiscus vermouth and tequila. Sides get weird too: Monaco biscuits, lemon curd dusted with crushed butter cookies, candied muskmelon. A zero-proof list covers the rest.
