Cha does Cantonese and Hong Kong cafe classics at Phoenix Marketcity, dim sum, baos and noodle soups for less than the standalone Chinese places charge. Judge it on the char siu bao and the wonton noodles.

It's a mall unit and looks like one, no atmosphere to speak of. But service moves fast and tables turn over quick, which is exactly what this food wants.
