The dining room and terrace both face the Tapi river, opposite Pal Umra Bridge in Adajan. That's rarer than it sounds. Most Surat restaurants claim a river-adjacent address, but Oran actually has the seating to back it up.

The kitchen covers Indian, Chinese, pizza and cafe-style plates, with a meal for two running around ₹1,000. Grab a riverfront table before the evening cools down, that's when they fill up first.
