Open-kitchen dining and a proper mocktail bar in Mota Varachha

Watch the cooks work while you sip. Ssavory's kitchen sits right on the dining room, and instead of treating Gujarat's dry laws as a limitation, it built a full live mocktail bar into the setup.

Inside the Pragati Celestia complex on Dukhiyana Darbar Road, it pulled nearly every food creator in Surat to a meetup soon after opening, rare buzz for a spot in Mota Varachha rather than Vesu or Adajan.
