The first Gujarat pizzeria to crack Asia's top 50

Chef Harmeet built this wood-fired counter on U.M. Road to compete on authenticity, not scale, in a city ruled by Domino's and Pizza Hut. The Marinara, topped with burrata and chilli oil, is the reason people book ahead.

Five months in, it landed 47th on the 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2026 list and 3rd in India, a first for Gujarat. Reservations only, and dinner for two runs around ₹1,600.
