Most river-view spots in Surat sit in a fixed building and look at the water. Pirates Voyage puts you on it, a floatel restaurant moored on the Tapi near Dumas, the only one of its kind in the city.

The pirate-ship theme isn't just a name, it runs through the whole deck. It's the format people come for, a rarer scene than Surat's usual rooftop and terrace dining.
