A European-style room, four floors above the street

Climb four floors near Galaxy Hospital and you land somewhere that feels lifted out of a different city. The European format, sit-down coffee culture with proper seating and a slower pace, is still rare in Varanasi outside the ghat tourist strip.

The room does a lot of the work here, but the coffee holds its own. Open 1pm to 10pm, so it's an afternoon and evening spot, not a breakfast one.

The Green Mama is a great place and Mr. Kamlesh provided excellent service, the atmosphere is lovely and peaceful, and the food is very tasty.

Visited this cafe with my friend, we both loved the atmosphere, service and the food. The decor is so pretty and the staff are also very welcoming. Tried their lemon iced tea, Mac and cheese, hazelnut frappe and tiramisu. Loved the food it was really nice and the ambience is really great. Overall my experience was really good highly recommended.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at Cafe Green Mama! 🌿✨ The ambience is beautiful and calming — a perfect place to relax and enjoy good food. The service was truly impressive, with every item delivered right on time and presented perfectly. A big shoutout to the entire staff for their hospitality, and a special mention to Mahi Singh for being so kind and attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and really enhanced our experience. Highly recommend this place if you're in Varanasi! 💚

Very nice service by kamlesh! We loved all we ordered and portion was too good. We relished the food.
