Halal Chinese-Thai, ten years in the making

No pork, no lard, just a chef with a decade in Chinese-Thai cooking finally running his own kitchen. Chatay sits inside The Excelton Hotel and covers ground most halal menus in Palembang skip entirely.

The deals land on the 8th, 18th and 28th of the month, and regulars already plan dinner around them. Otherwise it's lunch from 11 to 3 and dinner from 6 to 10.
