A unit on Princes Street sat empty for years. Now it smells like fresh bread.
Lapis bakes everything on site: sandwiches, mezze, salad bowls, sweet and savoury pastries. Princes Street fills up from about half twelve on a good day, so grab an outdoor table early.

Really lovely cozy cafe. Food and vibes brought me back to istanbul. Owner is lovely, she helped us pick what to get. Warm welcoming environment. Its all halal as well! Spinach and cheese Borek was so fresh and delicious. will come back again 💗

New coffee shop in the city. The place is clean, bright and spacious. The owner is so accommodating, always smiling.. they have variety of food on the menu, lots of dessert to choose from. Personally, I like this cafe coz their latte is strong.

Everything was perfect! The food tasted truly homemade. I highly recommend the couscous and the chocolate cake, they were absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly as well. Great experience overall!

Can recommend highly enough. Cozy atmosphere, lovely staff and the most indulgent homemade chocolate cake desert. Skip dessert at your restaurant and come here instead. Yum!
